The Mitel 5312 is the standard level IP telephone from the Mitel Superset 5000 series. It is compatible with the Mitel Networks 3300 Integrated Communications Platform (ICP) and the Mitel Networks SX-200 ICP.

Retrieve a Call from Hold

Retrieve a Message

waiting.
Follow the voice mail prompts to retrieve your message.
Transfer a Call

rDial the number. Wait for an answer.
uHang up, or announce the transfer and then hang up.
Conference Calls

Program a Speed Call

Adjust Volume Levels
Adjust ringer volume while the phone is ringing. Adjust speaker volume while using the handset or speaker.
pPress repeatedly to raise the volume, or repeatedly to lower the volume.
